Allison McKeen is a self-taught interdisciplinary artist based in Gardiner, Maine. With a focus on printmaking, painting, and sculpture, Allison applies her experimental designs to useful household and personal items including tea towels and tote bags as well as 2D art.

The results can be bold and colorful - a playfulness that includes shape, pattern, and color. This is her intention citing a desire for spontaneity and adventure that originates from the rural environment of her upbringing along the Kennebec River.
