From the Artist:
A frustration with low self esteem born of restrictions and regulations put upon women and our bodies led me to my work. My pieces commemorate and appreciate bodies as they are - soft, asymmetrical and imperfect. I hope for my wares to be a visual reminder that we can look, unashamedly, at the relaxed human form. I want my work to remind us that It is not only okay to be soft and raw, but that it can be cherished, too. I want my work to be a beautiful, gold-guided, tattooed symbol of our most real selves.
