Donburi is the Japanese word for bowl.

This decidedly sturdy handmade vessel has a fluted shape to serve up rice bowl favorites. Porcelain has been dipped in both white and chocolate glazes creating an unforgettably elegant and graphic contrast.

Like all of Monohanako's work, this piece is delicate. It's fragility requires its beholder to be present in the moment, even when washing a dish after use. How clever to use a handmade work of art to remind of this ideal.

- White and chocolate glaze
- Measures 6.25" largest diameter x 3.5" tall
- Wash by hand and if stacking multiple pieces, use a soft cloth or paper liner between each
