They are making their way across the surface through bands of pattern, texture, and tone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLike his functional ceramic pieces, this large wall hanging by Tim Christensen is a study in the moment, nature, and light. The grey tones created by the reactions in the salt kiln vary much like sunlight in the ocean, catching on scales and fading in the depths. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e- Measures 27” tall x 13” wide x 4\" deep\u003cbr\u003e- Salt-fired stoneware and porcelain\u003cbr\u003e- Sgraffito\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCeramic artist Tim Christensen divides his time between Portland and Downeast Maine.
